Got a mighty fine room, y’all! The bed was as cozy as a Texas hug, and that walk-in shower? Pure joy! Staff were friendly as a porch swing on a summer evening. Plus, ain’t nothin’ better than a hot breakfast to start the day, bless their hearts!

Some parts shine, others fall flat

The room was nice size and easy to access main roads. The staff at breakfast were friendly and accommodating.

The front desk was often unhelpful and I was concerned about safety due to numerous break-ins in the area.

Check-in went smoothly, and the guest services quickly accommodated our family's request to have rooms on the same floor. The location offered easy access to fast-food places and a gas station, which was very convenient. However, our room cleanliness was disappointing. I found hair on the floors and countertops. The shower had issues, flooding the bathroom floor, and even after requesting housekeeping, all we received were towels. I was also let down by the breakfast area—not clean, with insufficient food options. I noticed a lack of sanitary practices. a staff member holding my plate touched the food without using gloves. The thin walls allowed us to hear noise from other rooms, making it hard to relax. Although the hotel's location was great for our plans, these cleanliness and service issues made our stay less enjoyable.

The stay offered a nice pool experience and the room was spacious, which was great for family time. However, room cleanliness was an issue, with hair found on surfaces, and housekeeping missed our room during the stay. Additionally, safety concerns regarding parking were a significant drawback that affected our overall experience.

We had a fantastic time lounging in the clean indoor swimming pool and soaking in the hot tub after a day of adventure. The hotel offered a cozy atmosphere and great snacks available for late-night cravings, which was a nice touch. My only small complaint was the slightly noisy air conditioner, but it didn't really bother us much. 🌊

The reimagined lobby was a hit with the kids. they loved playing games and watching shows on the giant screen. We appreciated how convenient the location was, being close to fast food joints and shops, perfect for our family needs.

i enjoyed my stay at tru by hilton as it's close to sea world. the room was nice and spacious. the breakfast was really great with plenty of options, and the friendly staff made our mornings brighter. overall, it has a cozy vibe, perfect for family time.
